SUBMIT LOAN APPLICATION
Complete our loan application and submit all requested documents. Your loan officer will let you know exactly what documents are required.
STEP 3
MORTGAGE PLANNING
After verifying your application, income, assets and credit, we will go over loan options with you so you can select the best option for you. We then provide you with a Pre-Approval Letter based on your selection so you can go shopping.
STEP 4
UNDERWRITING
Once you have a purchase contract we will submit your file to Underwriting for final approval. When we have all required paperwork from you, we can close loans as quickly as 21 days. Our Loan Officers are committed to giving you a quick smooth process.
STEP 5
CLOSING AND MOVE IN
Final purchase documents are signed at closing and deed is recorded. Congratulations!

ANNUAL REVIEW
